Advance Deposit
An AED 300 non-refundable advance deposit is required one (1) day before the scheduled appointment to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from the consultation fee on the day of your visit.
No-Show or Cancellation
Failure to attend or cancellation of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
You may rebook your appointment; however, a new reservation deposit will be required, as each confirmed booking is considered a new appointment.
Payment and Insurance Claims
The clinic does not offer direct billing. Payment is to be made at the time of your visit, and a claim form will be provided for insurance reimbursement.
Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, the patient understands and agrees to the terms of this policy.
